Title: Field Service Representative
Job Description:
Field Sales Representative will support the efforts of selling wind turbine blade and other composite systems repair services within the wind industry through on site visits to wind farms across the United States and provide back office support to the Director of Sales.
A summary of the essential functions of the position includes but is not limited to the following:
Building a positive ongoing relationship at the wind farm level with farm owners/operators.
Be knowledgeable of all WES services and competitor’s comparable services.
Stay current with regards to market prices, new products, sales tools, product innovations and market trends within the wind industry.
Communicate accurate information daily with Director of Sales and Operations Manager on developments impacting areas of responsibility. Complete weekly reports in timely manner (trip/expense).
Communicate with customers in a timely manner.
Inspects & assists in resolving complaints from farm owner/operators in a timely & professional manner & provide adequate follow-up.
Provides necessary literature, technical data, and other advertising materials needed in the field.
Promotes WES through attendance & participation in industry conferences & workshops.
Promotes new products & keeps customers informed of new service offerings.
Travels in assigned territory in a timely & cost effective manner.
Writing, submitting and following up with estimates, quotes & proposals.
Maintains up to date information in Salesforce CRM Program.
Be a highly motivated, business savvy & enthusiastic member of a growing TEAM focused on providing the BEST repair service in the Wind Industry.
Job Requirements:
A. Education: Min. high school graduate. College degree in marketing/management preferred.
B. Experience: 3+ yr of solid outside sales experience in a comparable service industry with proven ability to achieve sales quotas. Knowledge of composites and/or wind turbines preferred. Strong motivation, interpersonal skills, ability to strategize, plan and lead activities, and meet company goals and objectives. Competent in Microsoft Office software and use of CRM Program. Reside in/near Gainesville, TX preferred. Required travel 50% or more.
C. Physical Requirements: \Must pass employment physical to include (but not limited to) general physical, pulmonary, drug screen, Functional Capacity Test. Ability to climb wind tower, perform duties while in suspended platform (must not have fear of heights), fly/walk/drive long distances, work long hours in a variety of weather conditions.

Title: Composite Repair Technician
Job Description:
Composite Repair Technician will be responsible for the field repair, finishing and inspection of wind turbine blades and other composite components. On-ground and up-tower work at sites across North America.
Job Requirements:
Individual must be willing and capable of working from a suspended platform at extreme heights. High school graduate with strong math/computer skills, able to effectively communicate in English (verbal/written), and a valid driver’s license are required. ACMA CCT qualified, college degree in composite repair, bi-lingual (Spanish) are also desirable. Between field assignments, an effort will be made to assign technicians to repair work in a manufacturing facility to prevent loss of income. In some instances this may not be possible because of physical location so residence in the Gainesville TX, Aberdeen SD, or Adelanto CA area is advantageous to this effort. 1-3 years experience in wind turbine blade repair is preferred.
Title: Composite Lead Repair Technician
Job Description:
Composite Lead Repair Technician will be responsible for leading a crew on the repair, finishing and inspection of wind turbine blades as well as other composite components in the field and at heights.
Job Requirements:
Individual must be willing and capable of working from a suspended platform at extreme heights. High school graduate with strong math/computer skills, able to effectively communicate in English (verbal/written), and a valid driver’s license are required. ACMA CCT qualified, college degree in composite repair, bi-lingual (Spanish) are also desirable. Some exceptions can be made for strong applicants. Candidates must be able to communicate work instructions and safety practices to the team and manage for compliance. The lead technician is responsible for time sheets and all related job documentation. Between field assignments, an effort will be made to assign lead technicians to repair work in a manufacturing facility to prevent loss of income. In some instances this may not be possible because of physical location so residence in the Gainesville TX, Aberdeen SD, or Adelanto CA area is advantageous to this effort. 3+ years of experience in wind turbine blade repair is required.
Title: Project Manager - Blade Services
Job Description:
Project Manager is responsible for managing field service crews servicing wind turbine composite parts including blades, nacelles and spinners. Responsible for P&L of projects as well as safety, WI and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will have 2-5 years in project management in related wind energy field services. Individual must be willing able to work at heights and able to perform hands-on work if required. College graduate with strong math/computer skills, communicate in English (verbal/written) and a valid drivers license and passport are required. ACMA CCT qualified, bi-lingual (Spanish) are also very valuable. Experience in training, environmental laws and safety are required. The project manager is responsible for collection of time sheets and all related documentation of the job and distribution to the proper departments. Position is in Gainesville, TX.
